It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beautiful mother, Phyllis Pearl Hamre on Saturday, June 4th, 2016. Phyllis was born in Shell Lake, SK on May 25th, 1931 to Floyd and Mary Hufsmith. She was predeceased by her parents; husband, Nick on September 21st, 1975; 2 brothers; and her youngest son, Gerald on March 31st, 2014. Phyllis will be lovingly remembered by her children: Judy, Ron, Ted (Marleen) and Joel (Joan); grandchildren: Cory, Nicole, Dan, Andrea, Sara, CJ, Cale and Kyle; and 11 great-grandchildren. The family would like to thank Ben Ingold for all the years of enjoyment he gave to Mom. In keeping with Phyllis’ wishes, a private family interment will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations in Phyllis’ name may be made to The Moose Jaw Humane Society, Box 1658 Station Main, Moose Jaw, SK S6H 7K7.
