KOSTIUK NELLIE, late of Prince Albert, SK: it is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, grandmother, and great grandmother Nellie on Friday June 3rd, 2016 at the age of 86.
Nellie was born in Gronlid, SK on February 17, 1930 to Nick and Annie Chokan.
Nellie is survived by her daughters: Roseanne (Ken) Jacques; Dianne (Brad) Tiedeman; Linda (John) Lummerding and their children: Ashley, Chantal, Gerald of Saskatoon, Sk; Delores (Don) Saunders of Prince Albert, Sk and their children: Hilary (Matt) Belford and baby Sheamus, Brittany (Klay Kachur) and Quinten. Her Brother Andrew (Vera) Chokan of Gronlid, Sk; sisters: Helen and Christine of Toronto, ON. as well and numerous neices and nephews, and in laws.

Nellie was predeceased by her husband Sid of 52 years in 2004; and son Jerry in 1968 age 6; her parents Nick and Annie (nee Chorney) Chokan ; her brother: Harry; sisters: Mary, Lena, and Victoria.

Delores and Linda would like to thank all the wonderful staff at Mont. St. Joseph Home for the wonderful care and compassion they gave Nellie while on her journey of Life.
