MORAIS, ANASTHASIE
Anasthasie Morais of Baie Ste–Anne passed away peacefully on Wednesday June 8, 2016 at Mount St. Joseph Nursing Home in Miramichi with her loving daughters by her side. Born on September 8, 1933 she was the daughter of the late William Martin and the late Martha Manuel.

She was predeceased by her husband Benoit (1977) and a brother, Louis.

Nazie, as she was affectionately known, will be dearly missed by her three daughters, Ernestine (Richard Thériault) of Moncton, Françine, of Baie Ste–Anne and Jeannine, of Dieppe, as well as her two grandchildren, Isabelle and Zachary Thériault, whom she adored. She also leaves a sister, Léontine Manuel of Dieppe.

She will be resting at the Salon Blondine–Martin in Baie Ste–Anne on Friday, June 10 from 2 to 4 and from 7 to 9, then on Saturday June 11 from noon until the funeral. The funeral mass will be celebrated in Ste–Anne church in Baie Ste–Anne on Saturday, June 11 at 2 p.m., with interment in the church cemetery.

As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the parish, the cemetery fund or a memorial of one’s choice.
