The death occurred suddenly at Prince County Hospital, Summerside on Friday, June 17, 2016 of John Barry "Johnny" MacIsaac of Dunblane aged 72 years, beloved husband of Virginia (Proude). Johnny was born on July 15, 1943, son of the late Benjamin and Pearle (MacDonald) MacIsaac. Loving father to Glendon (Keren), Kevin (Lorna) and Philip (Bernadette). Dear grandfather to Kara, Benjamin, Nicole, Cody, Chandler and Logan. Dear brother to Chesley (late Audrey), Toronto; Ada (late Ken), West Cape; George (Annie Lou), Summerside; Bobby (late Florence), Toronto; Melba (Allison) Ellis, West Cape; Elwood (Norma), Glenwood and Rose, Toronto. Son in law to Grant Proude, Springvale. Johnny was predeceased by his parents, granddaughter Ella Anne, brothers Don and Foster; sisters Lorna, Annie, Audrey, Thelma and Debbie and mother in law Shirley Proude. Resting at the Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel, O’Leary with visiting hours on Monday, June 20, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9p.m. Funeral will be held Tuesday in the Chapel at 3:00p.m. Interment to follow in Glenwood United Church Cemetery.
