Mary Julie Lindblom (nee Mariacher) October 31, 1928 to May 17, 2016. Born and raised Vancouver. Mary and her husband Charlie spent most of their working lives in CanFor logging camps through out BC and Vancouver Island. Mom was well liked and known for her gardening, hospitality and feisty character.
She is survived by daughter Victoria Cairns, grandsons Carl Wilton (Michaela) and Kelly Wilton (Katherine), great-granddaughter Allyson Wilton, twin sister Betty Trotter and family. Predeceased by husband Nelson (Charlie) and brother Victor.
We would like to gratefully acknowledge all the support of many friends, caring companion Norma, as well as Ray the chaplain, along with all the girls at Christensen Village and Hospice.
A celebration of Mary's life will be held at Vicki's home in Granthams on Saturday, August 13 at 1 pm.
