With great sadness, the family of Mary Miller announce her passing on May 31, 2016, in Richmond Hill, Ontario. Predeceased by her parents James and Eva (Holland) Wiseman; sisters Marie, Betty, Marlene, Sheila, and Judy; and brothers Jim, Ned, and William. Left with fond and loving memories are husband Reg; daughters Kimberly, Sherry, Tracey (Rob); son David; grandson Jordan; brother David; nieces, nephews, and extended family; and several close friends. Mary grew up in St. John's and moved to Toronto in 1959 where she worked as a telephone operator. She later met and married Reg, an Airman in the RCAF, and together raised their family while stationed in Trenton (Belleville), Paris, Belgium, St. John's, Ottawa, and Toronto. Mary enjoyed singing, bingo, bowling, political banter, telephone chats, and game nights with family and friends. Her presence filled the room, and her wise and kind advice was valued by many. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Cremation has taken place in Ontario. Interment alongside her beloved mother will take place at Mount Carmel Cemetery in St. John's on Monday, September 12, 2016, at 11 a.m.
