DAVIS, DAWN MARGARET
1942 – 2016
Dawn Margaret Davis, of Moncton, NB; passed away at The Moncton Hospital, on Monday, June 20, 2016 at the age of 73 years. Born in Cowansville Que, she was the daughter of the late George and Merle (Williams) Rimmer.

Dawn started her nursing career in Montreal Que and retired in 2007 after 30 years in nursing at the Moncton Hospital. She was a cherished member of St. Phillips Anglican Church, a member of the ACW, a member of the Altar Guild and she enjoyed teaching Sunday School. She was active with the adult Learn to Read program and the breakfast program at Beaverbrook School.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 48 years Campbell Davis; daughter Jennifer Davis–Dykeman (Dwight); sons Andrew Davis of Moncton, Adam Davis (Julie Sarrazin) all of Moncton; sisters Dale Bennett (Richard) of Winnipeg, Georgina Rimmer (Robert Gauthier) of Toronto; brothers Edward "Ted" Rimmer of Burlington, Dane Rimmer (Carol) of Hamilton; five cherished grandchildren Jacob, Riley, Noah, Abby and Farrah.

A funeral service will be held at St. Phillips Anglican Church, 30 Lynch St. Moncton on Thursday, July 7, 2016 at 2:00 pm with Father Douglas Painter officiating.

Donations in Dawn's memory made to the Friends of the Moncton Hospital or to the NB Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
