Elizabeth Frances Cooper born May 1, 1934, became our heavenly angel on June 30, 2016, wife of Bud Cooper, mother of Robyn (Kirby) Lowe, grandmother of Amber (Curtis) Fossenier, and Kelly Lowe, great-grandmother of Carter Fossenier; sister of Leona Adams; aunt to special nieces Sharon Murthy and Joyce Kemp; and other nieces and nephews. Frances is predeceased by all other siblings and some in-laws. A Celebration of Frances’ life will take place at W.J. Jones & Son Chapel on Monday July 4, 2016 at 10:00 am. Reverend David Moore will officiate. Interment will take place at Sunset Cemetery. Donation to the Moose Jaw Health Foundation, would be appreciated.
