LÉGER, LEVI
1924 – 2016
Levi Léger, 91, of Saint–Antoine, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at the UHC Dr Georges L Dumont, Moncton on Tuesday July 5, 2016.

He was married to the late Doris (Léger) Léger (2005). Born in Saint–Antoine, he was the son of the late Joseph and the late Marguerite (Cormier) Léger.

Levi was the owner/operator of the Saint–Antoine Home Hardware before his retirement.

He will be sadly missed by his three children; Denise Foran (Paul), Jean (France) both of Saint–Antoine and Paul–Eugène (Tom Hopper) of La Penita, Mexico, his five grandchildren; Matthieu, André, Richard, Alexandre and Samuel as well as two great-grandchildren, Justin and Sophie and several nephews and nieces.

He was predeceased by four sisters; Lina, Wilma, Nélida and Florine and one brother Léo.

Visitations will be held at the Saint–Antoine L’Ermite Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room, Saint–Antoine on Thursday July 7, 2016 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 and on Friday from 2 to 3:45 pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday July 8, 2016 at the Saint–Antoine Church at 4:00 pm with interment in the parish cemetery.

In Levi’s memory donations may be made to CHU DUMONT Foundation.
