MAURICE PATRICK MACISAAC
March 10, 1947 – July 9, 2016

It is with saddened hearts that the family of the late Maurice MacIsaac announces his sudden passing on Saturday July 9, 2016 at his residence in Doyles at the age of 69 years. Born at Doyles, Maurice was the son of the late Daniel and Veronica (nee Collier) MacIsaac. He was also predeceased by his brothers; Edward, Bobby, Billy, Peter and Tony. He leaves to mourn with many fond and precious memories his children; Natalie MacIsaac (Kelly Francis) Port aux Basques, Ian (Jennifer) MacIsaac Kitchener BC, Lesley (Fernando) Amaral Dartmouth NS. Loving poppy of Caitlyn, John, Alexandra, Sophie, Leanna, Hailey. He will also be sadly missed by his brother Leonard MacIsaac, sister Helen (Eli) Anderson all of Doyles, the mother of his children, Martha MacIsaac Port aux Basques and a large circle of nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends. Visitation took place on Wednesday July 13, form 2-4 and 7-9 pm at East Haven Funeral Home, 57 Grand Bay Road, Port aux Basques. The mass of Christian burial took place on Friday July 15, 2 pm at Precious Blood Roman Catholic Church in St. Andrew's, officiated by Father James. Interment followed at Precious Blood Roman Catholic Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to the family.
