Raymond Edger Foote

Born in French River, Nova Scotia, Raymond was the son of the late Austin and Edna (Foote) Browning. Raymond passed away on October 2, 2015 in New Westminster, British Columbia.
He is survived by his brothers, Earl, in Toronto, Ontario, Cyril and (Emily), Wade and (Carol), all of French River and sisters, Violet of Hamilton, Ontario, Gladys and (Buddy), of St. Margaret’s Bay, Nova Scotia and Beverley and (Tracey) of Mineville, Nova Scotia.
Raymond was pre-deceased by his Grandparents, John and Ethel (Robson) Foote with whom he spent his early years as well as Jim and Janie (Austin) Browning, brother, Raymond and sister, Yvonne and brother-in-law John Ross of Hamilton, Ontario.
Though Raymond spent most of his life working in the North West Territories and the Canadian Western provinces, he always stayed in touch with his family who believe that his heart was always in Nova Scotia. Raymond will be sadly missed by his family and his little Jack Russell terrier.
Raymond was cremated and his burial service will be held at 1pm, Saturday, July 23, 2016 at the French River Cemetery, French River, Nova Scotia.
