COLIN MACDONALD

Date de décès : 29 juillet 2016

On July 29th 2016 it is with great sadness that we lost a devoted son, father, husband, brother, uncle and friend Colin Francis MacDonald. Colin had just retired from the military in February 2016 after 25 years of devoted military service including servicing 8 months in Afghanistan and returned to his Haven his Home Cape Breton Island.
Colin has taught us many life lessons such as family always comes first and as a devoted father he showed his children unconditional love and always ensured they knew he loved them on a daily basis. As a son, brother, uncle, nephew and grandson he showed us how to live life to the fullest, love to the fullest, to never procrastinate and when you have something to do Just Do It!! As a brother in arms he displayed great courage, devotion, loyalty and pride. He loved his military family greatly and was proud of them and his country.
Colin we will miss you greatly but you will always be with us and will never be forgotten. Your legacy and life lessons and love will live on through your children, family and everyone you touched. We’re not saying good bye were saying See Ya as we know we will all be together again.
