SYLVESTER, Marilyn Silver
August 10, 1925 – August 31, 2016
Born in Liverpool, Nova Scotia, Marilyn passed away peacefully at the Provincial Palliative Care Centre in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, surrounded by family. She was the loving wife of the late George M. Sylvester. Predeceased by her brother, James R. Inness of Greenvale, South Carolina. Survived by her daughter, Anne Sylvester-Wong of Ottawa and son, John R. Sylvester (Dianne Knox) of Greenvale, Prince Edward Island, and grandchildren, Jaime Wong, David Wong (Virginia) and Michael Wong; Katelyn Sylvester (Nick), Alissa Sylvester (Jon) and Eric Sylvester, as well as great granddaughter, Fiona Margaret Gauthier. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Rideau Park United Church Memorial Fund or charity of choice. A graveside memorial service will be held in Liverpool, Nova Scotia at a later date.
