Victor Albert Brooks – 80, Millbrook, passed away peacefully in Elk Court, Brookfield.
Victor was the son of the late Benjamin Brooks and Betsy Pictou. He is survived by sons, Jack (Marlene) and Arnold; nine grandchildren; step sisters, Patsy, Irene, Catherine, Connie, Genny and Mary; He was predeceased by brothers, Louie, Norman, Maynard, Raymond, Sandy; sisters, Roseanne and Grace; sons, Cory, Joseph and Sandy; step mother, Christine Pictou; step brothers, Henry and David. Victor was a talented carpenter and also worked in drywall. In his earlier days, he also enjoyed Hockey. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. We take comfort in knowing that he is now at peace. The family would like to thank the staff of Elk Court as well as to Dr. Berghuis for their exceptional care. Victor will be resting at 40 Church Rd., Millbrook for visitation after 12 noon, Sunday, October 2, 2016. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at 11am in Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Millbrook, with Father Dariusz Miskowicz, officiating. Sal’ite and meal will follow in Millbrook Community Hall. Interment in Sacred Heart Cemetery at a later date.
