Viola Roxalena Young (Ferguson), beloved wife, mom, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister passed away peacefully Thursday, September 29, 2016 at Roblin, MB. Mom was born August 2, 1921 in the Greyburn district, near Moose Jaw, Sask. to Orland and Sadie Ferguson. Mom was pre-deceased by her Mom and Dad, her loving husband Ervin, her son Brent, grandson Mark, sisters Eva and Stella and brother Manfred. She is survived by her daughter Leah (Allan); son Glenn; daughter-in-law Bea; grandchildren April, Rebecca, Tannis, Colleen, and Jordan; great-grandchildren Isabella, Sophia, Teiran, Hannah and Claire; and sisters Alma and Roberta. Mom was known for her baking and cooking skills. She seemed to be able to turn her hand to any artistic endeavour whether it was sewing, cooking, needlework or cake decorating . Mom's strong faith remained until the end. A service of remembrance will be held at later date in Moose Jaw, SK.
