Passed Peacefully away at St. Patrick's Mercy Home on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at the age of 87 years. Predeceased by her husband Leo; parents Arnold and Molly Chafe; and sister Marjorie. Leaving to mourn her sons Rene and Devin (Yuan); grandchildren Cassandra and Zachery; sisters Virgina (Pye) Casey (Fred-Deceased), Peg Frizzell (Bill-Deceased); many nieces, nephews and many good friends especially Helen Fogwell Porter, Bernice Morgan, Lilly Bursey, Mary Edwards; staff of Bonaventure Retirement, St. Patrick's Mercy Home, and the Longside Club (now known as the Geraldine Rubia Centre). Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road, on Tuesday from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at 10 a.m. from St. Kevin's Church with cremation to follow. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations can be made to a charity of one's choice.
