Peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Sunday, October 23, 2016 of Ruth Bell (Clements), Charlottetown formerly of West Royalty, in her 95th year. Predeceased by her husband and best friend Jack in 2002. Loving mother of Nancy, Charlottetown and Joanne Mutch (Ernie), Earnscliffe. Loving grandmother of Stephen Mutch (Jennie), Earnscliffe and Julie Mutch (Derek Weeks), Hazel Grove. Proud great-grandmother of Meredith and John Mutch. Survived by sister Nellie Patterson, brother Arthur (Dorothy) and sisters-in-law Wilma Clements, Thelma Clements and Eileen Furlong. Lovingly remembered by numerous nieces, nephews and Betty Blake, a great friend for over 70 years. Predeceased by her parents Robert and Ruth (Stewart) Clements, brothers Robert, Kenneth and Gilbert Clements and brother-in-law Malcolm Patterson. Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home from where the funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday at 2 p.m. Interment in People’s Cemetery, Charlottetown.
