MOLE, Rose Marie – age 65 of Kelley's Cove, Yarmouth Co., N.S. passed away with her family by her side on November 1, 2016 after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Rockville, Yarmouth Co., N.S. she was a daughter to the late Gordon and Genevieve (Smith) Corning. Rose was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who loved her family dearly. Even throughout her tough battle, Rose always remained in high spirits with a smile on her face. In her spare time she enjoyed rug hooking and collecting country items. She is survived by her daughter Jean Polson, Chebogue and son William (Kolby) Mole, Kelley's Cove, Yarmouth Co., NS; brothers, Albert (Judy) Corning and Robert “Bob” Corning (Jean Cottreau), Yarmouth; grandchildren, Kale MacLean and Wayne Cummings. Besides her parents Rose was predeceased by her loving husband, Robert and sister, Daisy. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Sweeny’s Funeral Home and Crematorium, Yarmouth. Visitation was held 1 hour prior to the funeral service on Friday, November 4, 2016 from 1-2 p.m. with the funeral service at 2 p.m. all in Sweenys Funeral Home Chapel, Rev Bev Densmore officiated.
