“Our Angel”
It is with great sadness the family of Carleen Anne Slack age 52 of Amherst announce her sudden passing at home on Wednesday, November 9, 2016.
Born in Amherst, she was the daughter of Claudia (Little) and the late Carl Weatherbee.
Carleen will be remembered for her giving, big heart and always helping others.
She will be sorely missed, but never forgotten.
She will be missed by her husband of 30 years Roy Slack; mother Claudia Weatherbee; Carl Jr. (Kim), Darren (Bobbi-jo); nieces Maegan, Autumn, Addy and Carlie; aunts, uncles, extended family and many friends.
Carleen was predeceased by her grandparents Gorgie and Bill Little, Cecil and Gladys Weatherbee and mother in-law Evelyn Slack.
Funeral service was held on Monday, November 14, 2016 at 2 p.m. at Campbell’s Funeral Home, 98 Church St. Amherst, 902-667-9906 with Rev. Jonathan Cole officiating.
Interment took place in the Amherst Cemetery.
