It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Elizabeth Ann Brewer (Betty) at NLRHC Hospital in Fort McMurray, Alberta. After a short, but brave battle with cancer, Betty passed peacefully away in the arms of her brother Derm. Predeceased by her parents John and Melinda Brewer. brothers Edmund and Ron. Sisters-in-law Delores Brewer and Carolyn Leonard. Brothers-in-law Harold Kearley and Jack Summers. Left with fond and loving memories her son Keith (Rhonda); partner Ralph Alders; granddaughter Dominique; great-granddaughter Sadie; brothers Wish, John (Violet), Michael (Geraldine), Albert (Doreen) and Derm (Pearl); sisters Madonna, Ann (Alf), Eileen (Paddy) and Linda (Joe). Also leaving to mourn her Fort McMurray "sisters," who were like family to her along with many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Cremation has taken place and a Mass of Christian burial will be announced at a later date. Donations can be made in her memory to the Sacred Heart Church, North Harbour.
