The death occurred at Prince County Hospital, Summerside on Sunday, November 20, 2016 of Philip "Tippy" Edmund Milligan of Poplar Grove aged 78, loving partner to Barbara MacDonald. Born in Calais, Maine on May 22, 1938, son of the late Harold and Ethel (Carr) Milligan. Tippy is survived by Barbara’s children Terry Wilson, Samantha Wilson and her grandchildren and great grandchildren; brothers Harold and Eugene along with numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, son Philip George, sister Wanda Hayman and brother Lawrence Milligan. Resting at Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel, O’Leary with a time for family and friends to share memories Thursday from 12 p.m. until 1:30 p.m., then to St Anthony’s Roman Catholic Church, Woodstock for funeral Mass at 2pm. Interment to follow in St Brigid’s Roman Catholic Cemetery, Foxley River.
