FIEGER – Josephine - Our beloved Mom, Grandma, Great Grandma, Great Great Grandma and Sister. Josephine Fieger passed away peacefully on Monday November 28, 2016. She was born December 17, 1916 and would have turned 100 on December 17. She was predeceased by her loving husband Nicholas Fieger of 56 years, son Joey Fieger, daughter in law Frieda Fraser, great granddaughter Stacey Wiese, 7 brothers, 5 sisters. Left to cherish her memory are her loving daughters Rosalind (Greg) Kosolofski, Nicola (Melvin) Goldade, 7 Grandchildren Ken (Darlene) Donna (Jim), Donald (Darcy), Craig, Robert (Cori-Lynn), Robin (Brad), Steven (Valerie), 14 great grandchildren Trevor, Curtis (Carolyn), Ryan, Clayton, Cody, Brady, Mikayla, Danielle, Jasmin(Alex), Mackayla (Jeff), Jessie, Dallas & Dylan, 3 Great Great Grandchildren Layla, Keelan & Rhett, 2 sisters Anne, Marcella and numerous nieces & nephews. Josey & Nick were married February 15, 1938 and spent many years together sharing their love with there children & grandchildren. Josey loved when her family & friends stopped in for a visit especially her grandchildren (great & great great). She always made sure to have fresh bread & cookies for us. Josey’s Motto was walk it off and she did that with daily walking & prayers. A special thank you to the caregivers at The Meadows for their special love & care of Josephine. A funeral mass was held on Saturday, December 3, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Christ the Redeemer Roman Catholic Church. The interment took place at Mount Pleasant Burial Park.
