March 19, 1955 – December 6, 2016

Allan passed away at the Victoria Hospital in Prince Albert, SK on Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at the age of 61 years. He was born on March 19, 1955 in Rosthern, SK to Reta and Marcian Doucette. Allan was raised in Prince Albert, SK and on a ranch on the outskirts of the city in a couple of locations. He married Rose Jeannette Czasnojc, divorced but they remained lifelong friends. Allan loved going to rodeos and rode horses in his younger days. He enjoyed country life. Allan spent a good portion of his life on the farm with his dad Marcian and learning how to train, ride, and take care of horses. He also enjoyed playing card games and board games and would play for hours with his mother Reta as she always loved to play. Allan also had a love for Rock lobster and always talked about wanting to go to Florida. He was a very good chess player as well and could win a game in 3 moves. Allan use to play drums in high school and was proud of his convertible car. He was entered in the Saskatchewan Hall of Fame for football when he attended St. Mary’s High School. Allan spent the majority of his life running heavy equipment. Before passing he resided on a ranch in the RM of Duck Lake. Allan is survived by his daughters: Dana-Lee Jeannette Doucette and Tricia May Bell Olaski; his grandchildren: Adam Tham, Faith Morgan, Lincoln Olaski, Christian Olaski, James Doucette-Godin, Jayden Godin, Violet Olaski and Johnathan Doucette; his parents Marcian and Reta Doucette; his siblings: Marion Utly, Larry Doucette, Robert Doucette, Patsy Doucette, Eilene Rheindel, Geraldine Shier and Hal Laliberte; as well as many nieces, nephews; great nieces and great nephews. He was predeceased by Rose Czasnojc (ex-wife but life time friend) and his sister Corrine Doucette. There are only 3 words to sum up his life: Full of Adventure. Memorial Service will be held at11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 17, 2016 at Gray’s Funeral Chapel, 575 – 28th Street West, Prince Albert, SK with Margaret Ferchuk officiating.
