At the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Monday, January 2, 2017 of Edward Duncan MacLaren, Charlottetown. Ed was a long time electrical instructor at Holland Collage. Beloved husband and best friend of Marlene (Thomas). Lovingly remembered by his nephews Grant Lawlor (Joanne) and Darren Lawlor; by his step children, Jason Bryan, Angela Jenkins (Bos), John Bryan (Amber) and by his 10 step-grandchildren. Brother-in-law of Joyce Gallant (Bobby), Barry Thomas (Nellie), Debbie McIver (Paul, deceased), Leslie Thomas (Kim) and Shane Thomas (Glenda). Predeceased by his parents Fulton and Annie (MacGowan) MacLaren, by his brothers Richard, Jack, Don and Barry and by his step-son Michael Bryan. Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home.
