Hilda Ida McKenzie (Gould), 77 of Berwick passed away January 8, 2017 in the Valley Regional Hospital. Born April 5, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Hilda (McKinley) Gould. Hilda trained at the Nova Scotia Sanitorium in Kentville, and took a position with West Kings Memorial Hospital in Berwick upon graduation. She remained employed there for 35 years, retiring in 1984. Hilda is survived by her brother, Ken Gould, Mineville; nephew, Chris (Ashley) Gould, Edmonton and niece, Carrie (Robert) Cuthbert, Porters Lake. She was predeceased by her parents; husband Norman, brother James and sister-in-law Jeannette Gould. Arrangements have been entrusted to Serenity Lindsay Annapolis Valley Funeral Home & Chapels, Berwick Chapel, 192 Commercial Street Berwick.
