Ernest Alfred Humphrey was born August 12, 1921 and passed away on January 10, 2017 at Extendicare. Ernie (aka Tillie) grew up in Mossbank. He was a veteran of WWII. After returning to Mossbank he married Carmen Kirkpatrick living in Mossbank until he moved to Moose Jaw to work at Foord’s Garage. When the opportunity arose, he bought Con’s Service Station at Crystwynd and lived there for many years. After selling the service station he resided in Regina for year before returning to Moose Jaw. He was a long-time resident of Victoria Towers when health reasons forced the move to Extendicare four years ago. Predeceased by his wife Carmen; daughter Anne; son Bob; father Hubert; mother Louise; step-father Tom Balfour; brother Stan; sisters-in-law Vi and Lillian; step-brothers Bob, Tom, Fred, Bill, Sam, Roy, Allan and Jack Balfour; step-sisters Marjorie Tamlin, Jessie Hensrud and Bessie Sandbeck. He is lovingly remembered by his brother Ted and numerous nieces and nephews. At Ernie’s request, no service will be held. In living memory of Ernie, a memorial planting will be made by W. J.
