Peacefully at the Dr. John M. Gillis Memorial Lodge on January 17, 2017, the passing of Ambrose A. McGregor, age 94, devoted husband to the late Margaret (McCarron) McGregor occurred with his family by his side. Ambrose is survived by his loving children, Doris (Michael) Frotten, London, ON, Kenneth (Corinna), Stratford, Karolyn (Van) MacLeod, Alliston, and Donalda (Glenn) MacLeod, Murray River. Seven Cherished grandchildren and seven treasured great grandchildren. Ambrose was a proud Veteran of WWII. Resting at Ferguson Logan Montague Funeral Home with visiting on Thursday, January 19th from 5 to 8 p.m. Funeral Mass to take place at St. Pauls Catholic Church, Sturgeon on Friday, January 20th at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow in the Parish Cemetery.
