At the Prince County Hospital on Wednesday, January 18, 2017, of Scott Walker of Charlottetown, age 87 years. Born in Harrington, PE, he was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. James Walker. He is survived by his wife Elizabeth Walker (nee Younker); son Roger (Lori) Walker; Cheryl MacEachern (nee Smith) (David), grandchildren Charlotte, Alyssia, Devin and Bren Walker; sister Marjorie Mulready (Tony); as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his brothers Lee, Roy, Elmer, Preston, Lorne, Reggie, Sam and Ernie Walker; sister Velda Chandler. Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home where the funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday at 2 p.m. Visiting hours will be held on Saturday from 12 p.m. until the time of service. Interment will take place later in the People’s Cemetery, Charlottetown. If so desired, donations in memory of Scott may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
