Amelia "Millie" Milley
Amelia passed away peacefully in Surrey Hospital on Jan. 8, 2017. Born in New Waterford, April 20, 1928 to Florence (Trim) and Hubert Head.
She was very active in the Salvation Army Home League and the Anglican Church Ladies Guild. She moved to British Columbia in 1975.
Survived by 10 children, Shirley (Malcolm) Stapleton, Irene Atkinson, Thomas (Diane) Bobbitt, Audrey Clow, Cora (Ralph) Woods, Benjamin (Sandy) Bobbitt, Victor (Ann) Bobbitt, Joyce Rumbal, Lawrence (Julie) Bobbitt, Mabel (Bobby) Bois, many grandchildren, great and great-great grandchildren. Predeceased by husbands, Benjamin Bobbitt and Edward Milley. Also predeceased by daughter, Claretta Lajuenesse.
She was fortunate to be able to maintain her physical and mental abilities until the time of her passing. She will be greatly missed.
