The death occurred at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Charlottetown, on Saturday, January 21, 2017, of Morley Pinsent, husband of Carol Downe, of South Rustico, aged 73. Morley was the father of Chanda (Dylan), Donnalee, Celine (Pierre), Patti (Steve), Miles (Lori) and Kevin (Karen); grandfather of Seamus (Heidi), Adam, Sam, Nick, Moana, Emily, Theo, Shelby, Taylor, Megan and Tyson; and great-grandfather of Savannah and Hayleigh. He is also survived by his brothers, Jim (Sharon) and Wes (Sherry); and sisters, Linda (Brian) and Lois (Gary). Morley was predeceased by his first wife, Lynda; and his parents, Herbert and Edna (Gray) Pinsent. At Morley’s request, there will not be a visitation or funeral at this time, but a celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
