PORT GREVILLE – Juanita J. ‘Neta’ Morris, age 95, of Port Greville passed away Sunday, January 15, 2017 at the South Cumberland Community Care Centre, Parrsboro.
Born in New Salem, she was a daughter of the late Pleman and Elsie (Mitton) Morris.
She is survived by sons, Gary McCully (Ruth), Port Greville; Eric McCully (Helen), Diligent River; Donald McCully (Mona), Ward’s Brook; Phillip, Amherst; a sister, Edith Dowe (Ronald), Trenton, Ont.; 6 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her first husband, Malcolm McCully; second husband, Roy Morris; a daughter, Diane; sisters, Marie, Glennis, Clarabelle, Ferne; brothers, Keith, Forrest; grandsons, Archie and Timothy.
Visitation took place Tuesday, January 17, 2017 at Smith’s Funeral Home, Parrsboro. Funeral will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday [January 18, 2017] at Grace United Church, Port Greville, Lynn Brown officiating. Burial in the church cemetery at a later date.
