Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Sunday, January 22, 2017, Evelyn Skinner of Harbour Grace, age 95 years. Predeceased by son Ralph; great-grandson Daelen; parents: Thomas and Eliza Hazeltine; sister Marion; brothers: Roy and George (Lillian). Leaving to mourn, two daughters: Evelyn (Stephen) Meadus and Eva (Wayne) Dumaresque, both of Labrador City; one son Reg (Donna) Skinner, Harbour Grace; ten grandchildren: Dale (Jolyn), Lori (Embry), Heather (Jason), Colin (Vicki), Christine (Matthew), Lindsay (Glen), Liza-Rae, Brittany, Aaron and Shannier (Thruston); ten great-grandchildren: Faith, Devin, Milla, Payton, Brady, Parker, Avery, Cooper, Alysa and Maverick; one brother Melvin (Millie) Hazeltine, Toronto; one sister Eva (Graham) Adams, Seal Cove; sister-in-law Mary Hazeltine, Alberta; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Harvey Street, Harbour Grace on Tuesday, 7-9 p.m., Wednesday, 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m., Thursday, 10:30-11:30 a.m. Funeral service to take place on Thursday, January 26 at 2 p.m. from St. Paul's Anglican Church and Cemetery, Harbour Grace.
