Alvina Stang (nee Heinrichs), age 68, passed into the arms of her loving Heavenly Father in the early morning of January 23, 2017 at the Cypress Regional Hospital, Swift Current, SK. Alvina Geraldine Stang was born December 17, 1948 to Jacob & Eva Heinrichs in Herbert, SK. Alvina was predeceased by her parents, Jacob & Eva Heinrichs; her sisters, Elsie and Elizabeth; her grandparents; and by many other family members. Alvina leaves behind her dear husband, Joseph; her children, Janice, Tanya, and Clayton; her sisters, Grace and Valerie; her many aunts and uncles; her nieces and nephews; her cousins; and by her dear friends and colleagues. The Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, January 29, 2017 at 10:00 am from the Pierson’s Funeral Home at 4121 – 17th Ave SE, Calgary, AB.
