Passed peacefully away January 30, 2017 after a courageous battle. Leaving to mourn: sons Matthew and Andrew, their father Doug, daughter-in-law Kyla, sister Corinne, brother-in-law Tony, nieces and nephews Tara, Brad, Kenna and Marshall Eriksson, Cheryl Boland, Ed and Anthony Duggan, Stephanie Tobin, Craig Weir, Keira, Kassidy and Kasey Hammond, Parker, Max, and Charlie Simon, her Tobin family Nick Sr. and Rosemary, Karen and Albert Weir, Nick Jr. and Glenda, Wanda and Chris Hammond, Bobby Simon and Lynette Oates, Ron and Jennifer Simon, Rosalie Simon, aunt Alice Keats and husband Al, her forever friend Lynn Grant, and her special friend Patricia Butler. Also leaving to mourn aunts Rose Clift, Marilyn Doyle, Sue Villeneuve and husband Ivan, Beth Abbott, Uncle Ron Field and wife Laura as well as a large circle of family, coworkers and friends. Special thanks to the staff at the Health Science Centre and the L.A. Miller Centre for their care and compassion. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, Torbay. Visitation on Wednesday from 5-9 pm and Thursday from 2-9 pm. Funeral Mass will take place at 10 am on Friday, February 3, 2017 from Holy Trinity Church with cremation to follow.
