Christopher Todd Routledge, age 41, Truro passed away suddenly on Thursday, February 2, 2017 surrounded by family at the QE II Health Sciences Centre, Halifax.
Chris was born in Glace Bay, NS to parents, Clarence Routledge and the late Donna Routledge (Clarke), and was a grandson of Alexis Clarke.
Forever loved and remembered by best friend and loving partner, Nadine Carruthers; dear father to Chloe and Madison Routledge and Evelyn Zwicker; sister, Tanya Routledge (Sheldon Bryan) and brother, Scott Routledge (Cheryl Rowe). Cherished uncle to Emilie, Jeffory, Parker, Charlee, and Bauer Routledge, and Alexis Mundle. Predeceased by grandparents, Rita and Clarence Routledge and Baxter Clarke.
Chris will be always remembered as a devoted and loving father who cherished every moment with his girls. This was evident by his infectious smile when talking about them.
No visitation by request. A memorial service will be held on Monday, February 6 at 2 p.m. in Colchester Community Funeral Home, 512 Willow St., Truro with Rev. Larry Harrison officiating.
