It is with great sadness to announce the peaceful passing of Mr. Neil Reddy of Tilton. He passed away surrounded by his loving family at the Carbonear General Hospital on Sunday, February 5, 2017. Mr. Reddy was 78 years old. He leaves to mourn his loving family: daughters: Karen (Ken) Griffin and Jacqueline White (friend Stephen); precious grandchildren: Joshua, Jacob, Michael and Jack; brothers: Gordon (Peggy) Reddy & Ron (Helen) Reddy; brothers-in-law: Peter (Winnie) Gosse and Bruce (Patsy) Gosse; sisters-in-law: Yvonne (Robert) Taylor, Selma (Guy) Bartlett, Rosalind (Iggy) Philpott, Elaine (John) Mercer & Mary Gosse; and a large circle of nieces, nephews, family & friends. Predeceased by wife: Donna Reddy; parents: Gordon and Margaret Reddy; sisters: Allison Whiteway and Rose Korte; parents-in-law: Peter & Susannah Gosse; brother-in-law: Randell Gosse; sisters-in-law: Betty Gosse & Susannah Gosse. The funeral service will take place at the All Saints Anglican Church & Cemetery, Tilton, on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at 2 P.M. The family will be receiving relatives and friends at SLADE'S FUNERAL HOME, L.T. STICK DRIVE, BAY ROBERTS between the hours on Monday: 3 - 5 p.m. and 7 - 9p.m., Tuesday: 10:30 a.m. - 12 noon, 2 - 5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday: 10:30 a.m. - 12 noon.
