ROSS AUSTIN ELLIS
Our beloved Ross passed away peacefully at the Regina General Hospital on February 15, 2017 at the age of 73. Ross will be lovingly remembered by his wife Pat; siblings Margot (Dennis), Lucille (Larry), Jim (Betty); in-laws Ann (Mother), Lorraine (Terry), Ken (Gaylene), Clarence (Kathy), Andy and all their lovely families. He was predeceased by his parents Austin and Kay Ellis; his sister Ruth and brother Ron. Ross was a very gentle, kind, considerate and loving person. He truly loved airplanes and spent many years in Aviation. In retirement, he loved going to Moose Jaw and watching the Snowbirds. His 1921 Model T Ford was his pride and joy and he loved taking family & friends for many drives in the neighborhood. His passion for RVing allowed him to enjoy touring the countryside for many years. He also enjoyed woodworking, especially with his friend Terry and has made us many treasured gifts. Ross loved to tinker and hence everything always worked very well in our house. A very SPECIAL THANKS to all the Doctors and Nurses at the Regina General Hospital for their wonderful care and compassion during this very difficult time. A Memorial Service will take place at W. J. Jones & Son Chapel, 106 Athabasca St E., Moose Jaw, SK on Saturday March 11, 2017 at 11:00AM. Della Ferguson will officiate. In lieu of flowers, donations in Ross's memory may be made to the charity of your choice. In living memory of Ross, a memorial planting will be made by W.J. Jones & Son Funeral Home.
