Lloyd F. Gloeckler, age 70 of Edmonton AB, passed away February 7, 2017 at Grey Nuns Hospital in Edmonton. The interment service will be held at Memory Gardens, Swift Current SK, at a later date. Lloyd is survived by his spouse, Delaine ; children, Lloyd C.E. Gloeckler, Tabatha (Wes) Neustaeter, Scott Gloeckler (Janice August) and Justin Gloecker; granddaughter, Hailey Neustaeter; step-children, Jamie (Apinya) Stenhouse and Jody (Tiffany) Stenhouse; brother, Ken (Joan) Gloecker; nephews, Trevor, Travis and Trenton Gloeckler; niece, Miranda Gloeckler; and step-grandchildren, Adwin and Drake Stenhouse. He was predeceased by his daughter, Christine Gloecker; his parents, Lloyd C. and Jean Gloeckler; and his niece, Melanie Gloeckler. Lloyd was born in Swift Current on December 1, 1946, and attended school in Swift Current. Lloyd spent many hours puttering around in the yard. He loved travelling, camping and fishing. Lloyd was proud of all his children and especially enjoyed spending time with his granddaughter, Hailey. He will be sadly missed, but fondly remembered by his family.
