Smith, David Roy, 73 (New Glasgow), On Monday March 6, 2017 David passed away peacefully at Ivey’s Terrace, Trenton. Born on March 30, 1943 in Cole Harbour, David grew up in Hebbville and spent 14 years working in Ontario before returning to settle in Pictou County. He was a loved son, husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. David is survived by his wife of 52 years, Pauline, sons, James (Melissa), Belleville; Paul (Carrie), Durham; Earl (Patricia), Hubbards; grandchildren, Anthony, Zack, David, and Emma; great grandchild Tiana; brothers, Lawrence (Mary), Freetown; Robert, Fancy Lake; Paul (Peggy) Stanburne; Phillip (Joan), Toronto.
