It is with saddened hearts, we have to announce the peaceful passing of our dear Dad at the Health Sciences Centre on Wednesday, March 15, 2017, at age 82. Predeceased by his loving wife Edna; his daughter Jolie; his parents Peter and Mary Halleran; and his brother Albert. Leaving to mourn his children: Yvonne (Leo), and Gary (Holly); his grandchildren: Daryl (Patricia), Michael (Tamara), and Jennifer; 2 great-grandsons: Jackson and Jacob; sisters: Bernadette, Nancy (Harold) and Barb; brother Val (Sandy); as well as a large circle of family and friends. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, and friend. Visitation will take place at Barrett's Funeral Home, 73 Commonwealth Avenue, Mount Pearl, on Monday, March 20th, from 1:00pm - 5:00pm and from 7:00pm - 9:00pm. Memorial service will be from Barrett's Chapel on Tuesday, March 21st, at 10:00am with inurnment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
