Passed peacefully away, on Saturday, March 18th, 2017, at the Blue Crest Interfaith Home, Grand Bank, NL, JANET ELIZABETH DICKS of Winterland, NL, in her 101st year. Leaving to mourn her son Harold, Winterland, daughters Shirley Smith, Winterland, and Edna Power, Winterland, son in law Fred Clements, Grand Bank; 12 grandchildren, 14 Great grandchildren and 2 Great Great Grandchildren; and a large circle of relatives and friends.

Janet is predeceased by her husband Archibald, daughter Jean Clements, daughter in-law Shirley Dicks, sons in law Kevin Power and Leo Legge, grandson Daryl Dicks, great grandson Johnny Clements, Great granddaughter Robyn Dicks, brother Emmanuel Senior and sisters Irene Bishop and Maud Senior.

Rev. Dr. Simon Mowowo conducted the Funeral Service at the Grace United Church, Winterland, on Tuesday, March 21st, 2017; at 2:00 pm. Interment was at the United Church Cemetery in Winterland, NL.
