It is with a broken heart that I announce the passing of my partner, best friend, confident, my whole world, my husband of 17 years on March 25, 2017 at Glace Bay Hospital. Gordie drove taxi all his life and knew many people. Gordie loved to tell a good story and joke. He liked to garden and go for long drives around Cape Breton with Lynn (Even when we would get lost). He was the son and grandson of the Late Francis (Browner)Storegan and Michael Storegan, Glace Bay. Gordon is survived by wife, Lynn Seymour; mother-in-law, Janette Seymour; father-in-law, Clifford (Nancy) Seymour and many brothers and sisters-in-law.
Cremation has taken place, under the direction of T. J. Tracey Funeral Home, 370 Reserve St., Glace Bay (902)849-4199. A celebration of life service will take place at a later date. Donations can be made to the Nova Scotia Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Nova Scotia Diabetic Society.
