Louis Senga
July 4, 1934 – April 18, 2017

With sadness we announce the passing of Louis Senga on April 18, 2017 at Pineview Terrace Nursing Home in Prince Albert. For the past 12 years dementia/Alzheimer’s has slowly taken Louis away from us. Now he is at peace. Louis was born to John and Mary (Romanchuk) Senga on July 4, 1034 the 4th of 6 children on the farm by Meath Park. Louis worked as a mechanic, farmer, maintenance person and best remembered for his years of driving school bus. Louis was always there to help family and friends. Louis was predeceased by our parents John & Mary, sister Kay, sister-in-law Hilda and nephew Raymond and very special companion Gwen Jones. Louis is survived by his brothers Peter, Charlie, Frank (Louise McWhirter) and Larry (Brenda). Also 7 nieces & nephews & 9 great nieces & nephews. He is also remembered by Gwen’s children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, who he loved dearly. A special thank you to our cousin Anne for her caring of Louis in the initial stages of his dementia as well as Herb Bassett Home and Pineview Terrace for the excellent care he got in the last 7 years. A family service will be held April 29th with internment at Janow Corners Roman Catholic cemetery.
