It is with great sadness that the family of the late Mildred Alexander announce her passing at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital on Friday, April 28th, 2017 at the age of 81 years. She will be sadly missed and deeply mourned by her loving family of four sons Dominic (Val), Clarence (Blanche), Randy (Pat) and Perry (Melanie), two daughters Bride (Leo) and Janet (Todd), daughter-in-law Heather, two brothers Joe (Zita) and Clayton (Hazel), along with a large circle of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Charles, her parents Edward and Viola King, her daughter Loretta, her son Andrew (Junior), her son-in-law Monte and her sister Theresa. The family will be receiving friends at Russell's Funeral Home, Station Road in Stephenville Crossing on Saturday, April 29th from 7-9 pm and on Sunday, April 30th from 2-4 and 7-8:30 pm. Funeral services will take place on Monday, May 1st, 2017 at 10 am from Assumption Parish in Stephenville Crossing with interment to follow in the Roman Catholic Cemetery in Mattis Point. As expressions of sympathy, flowers graciously accepted or donations to a charity of one's choice would be greatly appreciated.
