Allen Stanley Bond, 64, passed away April 24, 2017 at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital. Born in Glace Bay, he was the son of Shirley Bond McNeil and the late Allen Bond.
Stanley was a jack of all trades and was a gentle soul. He especially enjoyed working on cars and his frequent trips to Tim Hortons.
Besides his mother, Stanley is survived by sisters, Judy Bond Snow, Dorislynn (Greg) McCarthy and Donna (Alan) MacDonald, and several nieces and nephews.
Besides his father, Stanley was predeceased by his stepfather, Peter MacNeil.
There will be no visitation; cremation has been entrusted to T.J. Tracey Cremation and Burial Specialists, 370 Reserve St., Glace Bay, 902-849-4199.
A family Graveside service will take place at a later date in Greenwood Cemetery, Glace Bay.
