It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Linda Marie (Graham) McMullen , on Sunday, May 14, 2017. She passed away peacefully surrounded by her family.
Born in Sydney, on September 16, 1947, she was the daughter of the late George and Mary Graham.
She will be sadly missed by her son, Shaun (Melissa) and daughter, Kelly (John); grandchildren, Leah, Joshua, Lindsay, and Landon; sisters, Sharon (Ray) and Donna, and brothers, Ronnie and John Gordon. She is also survived by her special friend, Florence, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents Linda was predeceased by her brother, Joe ‘Bumps’ (Sharon), and sister, Patricia (Morris)
Linda was a strong, independent woman who will be remembered for her devotion to her children, grandchildren, love of gardening, horses and bingo.
The family would like to thank the staff of the Cape Breton Regional Hospital, Sydney for their compassion during this difficult time. A very special thank you to Dr. William Harless, for his dedication, passion and unwavering commitment to our mother.

Cremation has taken place. There will be no viewing at Nanny’s request.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at 2 p.m. in the SW Chant & Son Funeral Home Chapel, 564 Alexandra St., Sydney, with Rev. Sheldon Chant officiating.
