Edward “Ted” Arthur Humphrey of Moose Jaw passed away peacefully with family by his side on May 18, 2017 at the age of 98. Ted was a long-term resident of Moose Jaw and was a World War II Veteran. He is predeceased by his parents; wife Lilian; brothers Stanley and Ernest. He will be sadly missed by his daughter Darlene (Kelly) Blenkin of Calgary, AB; granddaughter Dana (Daniel) Blenkin of Los Angeles, CA and Tara (Curtis) Gallinger of Calgary, AB; great granddaughters Teegan, Mikenna and Caidyn as well as nieces and nephews. A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday May 23, 2017 at 2:00PM at Sunset Cemetery. Reverend David Moore will officiate. For wishing to attend please meet at the Cemetery entrance at 1:45PM. A Come and Go Memorial Tea will follow at Crescent Park Event Centre, 262 Athabasca St. E. In living memory of Edward, a memorial planting will be made by W. J. Jones & Son Funeral Home.
