Catherine passed away peacefully at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital May 19, 2017 after a brief illness.
Born June 6, 1946 she was the daughter of the late Bill and Stella Pitchuck.
Mom will always be remembered for her quick wit and kindness to others.
She is survived by her children, Steven (Jill), Ontario, Douglas (Aldrina), Dutch Brook, Stacey (Naish), Glace Bay, Jody (Laurie), Coxheath; brothers, Sonny, Raymond, Paul, Rick, Steven and Joe; sisters, Delores and Patricia; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She will be sadly missed by her devoted companion, CJ.
Besides her parents she was predeceased by partner, Sterling Gionet; husband, Alex Wrathall; sisters, Rose, Theresa, Blair and brother, Mike.
As per Catherine’s wishes cremation has taken place.
