Passed away after a courageous battle with cancer at the Dr. G.B. Cross Memorial Hospital in Clarenville on Sunday, April 27, 2008,Earl Pelley of Clarenville, formerly of Lady Cove, Random Island, aged 80 years. Predeceased by his parents Herbert and Amy Pelley, brother Gordon and sister Nita. Left with fond and loving memories his wife Marjorie of 52 years; daughters Valerie (Brian Ryan) of Milton, Carolyn of St. John's, Marilyn (Jerry Ploughman) of Shoal Harbour; one grandson Mitchell Ploughman and a large circle of relatives and friends. Remains will be resting at Fewer's Funeral Home in Clarenville on Monday, April 28 from 2-10 p.m. Memorial service will be on Tuesday, April 29, at the Memorial United Church in Clarenville with inurnment at the United Cemetery in Lady Cove, Random Island. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Dr. G.B. Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville.
