Passed peacefully on May 29, 2008 at the Miller Centre with her loving family by her side. Leona Fry age 61 years. Predeceased by her son Glendon (1993), parents Ethel May & Gordon Fry, brothers William James and Henry George. Left with fond and loving memories her loving and devoted husband of 42 years Lyall; daughters: Cindy Fry, Colinda Gruchy (Peter Ronayne); son Rick (Ida); three grandchildren: Luke Fry, Adam & Alyssa Gruchy; sisters: Deborah (Gary) Decker, Ruby (Eugene) Smith, Violet (June) Diamond, Myra (Eleazor) Avery, also a large circle of family and friends. Resting at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road on Sunday and Monday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral to be announced. Interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Kenmount Road.
